Wednesday November 11th – Pre-conference tour
Discover Dutch small ruminant farming in a unique pre-conference tour combining dairy sheep and dairy goat systems, animal health management, and the Dutch dairy chain with iconic landscapes shaped by water and engineering. Travel through reclaimed land around the IJsselmeer, visit key locations in production and processing, cross the famous Afsluitdijk, and end the day in the historic fishing village of Volendam with a relaxed group dinner at the harbour.

City Walk, Drinks & Dinner
Drinks :
For those arriving on Wednesday evening, November 11th, and who are not participating in the pre-conference tour, we propose joining us for some drinks. We will start at 8 pm. Details of the pub will be shared in due time.
Costs: First drink courtesy of the AGM committee. Thereafter, it will be at your own expense.
Dinner :
On Thursday evening, November 12th, we are proposing a fantastic dinner in a great historic university location called: ‘Anatomiegebouw’. For more details please refer to the full program available on this website.
City walk
There will be 2 possibilities to join us for a City Walk. The first one is scheduled on the evening of November 11th before the official start of the conference (19:00 PM). The second City Walk will take place on November 13th at the end of the conference (17:00 PM).
